Prep for CodeMash 2025

A few things I'd like to explore in this set of changes (to be clarified/checked-off/struck-through as we go):

• Clean up some existing Challenge instructions
  • Both of us as we have time
• Revisit the git Challenges, since folks at CodeMash 2024 had the most trouble with those

• Explore moving the various initializations to use Ansible instead of Bash
  • @ryapric
• Explore making the score server pull-based instead of push-based -- we had some participants last time nuke other teams' scores on purpose, which was very rude
  • @JDeBo
• Look into setting up wetty on every team server, so that if someone literally can't use SSH from their e.g. work laptop, they can try hitting that on the team server IP instead
