this makes panel's height relative to SlidingUpPanelLayout's height, for a example, it SlidingUpPanelLayout is 600dp high, and umanoPanelHeightOffset is 200dp, then the panel is 400dp high.

I'm not sure I understand why this is need. Can you explain what you are trying to accomplish? |

I'm using this when the panel height is not sure, but space for collapsed panel is set. Like attached picture above, if I slide up, the map will be hidden. |
