chore: fix lint errors

Fixes

fixing the lint check. This is was not caught by current lint check (using black 23.3.0) since the Docker Image runs on 3.7 which has older version of these. Whereas the python pipeline on librarian runs on 3.10 which includes the new version (latest black https://black.readthedocs.io/en/stable/change_log.html#id1)
