Update MATH.md

Math.md is currently not correctly formatted by Github.

Main issue is that the underline _ is not accepted inside of text when using KaTeX (which github apparently uses)

I don't know if all these changes are necessary, from what I see, the true problem is the _s in the \text blocks. Just escaping these characters should be enough.

Would prefer escaping the _s instead of just removing them.

@Aras14HD Yeah that would make sense. The first time I made the changes I wasn't sure what exactly the issue was and changed more than I needed.

I'll adjust that tomorrow
