- Add pre-commit hooks (markdownlint, cspell, trailing whitespace)
- Add GitHub Actions CI (lint, spell check, link check, AISD validation)
- Add semantic release workflow for automated versioning
- Add commitlint for conventional commit enforcement
- Add editorconfig for consistent formatting
- Replace Star Trek examples with generic software project scenarios
- Update README with badges and development setup instructions
- Convert TODO.md to TaskMark format with semver milestones
