add grafana dashboard merge commit remove grafana Hosting a separate Grafana just for ChatOps wastes resources and pollutes the number of Grafana instances the Cloud group runs. We will now use grafana.nubes.rl.ac.uk to host the dashboards. This is already implimented

Remove Grafana from chatops deployment as we are using https://grafana.nubes.rl.ac.uk instead.
