This PR fixes a bug in the apt repository configuration command for the SDF testing repository in the validators installation documentation. Previously, the command for adding the testing repository was identical to the stable repository command, which would not actually enable access to testing packages.

Fixes the command for configuring the SDF apt testing repo (note pre-fix that the command was identical to the non-testing repo)
