Moves the "use with ..." docs to their own Integrations section to de-clutter the how-to guides as we collect more of these.
Redirects have been added so existing links won't break, and we don't have to fix up the dashboard links right away.
Also some fixups like:
Making sure all run commands include the volume. Now that we have workspaces, it's critical to have persistent storage for the DB.
Add an example command to bind ports to 127.0.0.1 only.
