Summary

This PR removes EOL packages @slack/client and @slack/events-api and @slack/interactive-messages from the project main branch toward #2359 🙏 ✨

Reviewers

Alongside these changes we might also consider the following but please let me know of other changes to include! 👾

Notes

Removing these packages from version control shouldn't remove the published releases so existing downloads ought continue I believe:
