This PR:

  1. Fixes emoji react on community not received incrementally (URL query parameters not passed into the batch request)
  2. Fixes blind message not sent/received: the serialization for date is wrong. I have now put a specializd Serializer: InstantAsSecondDoubleSerializer to standardize this behavior.
  3. Optimised the blinded key pair generation: it's now tied to the LoggedInState and cached across the process lifetime.
