Update `SWP` and `SWPC` instructions so that they don't override the 3rd register.

This doesn't accurately reflect how the hardware will function. I'll consider adding that functionality, but currently it differs from the microcode. |

Yeah, I realized it while discussing with @jukeliv on dc. If I ever come up with an idea of how to implement it without too much work, I'll write it here (if it's still relevant). Although, you might decide to redo the ALU architecture at some point. |

Yeah that is a possibility, I haven't yet developed the PCBs for that part of the system yet. |
