Note

Introduces a full Azure Container Apps health monitoring bundle and significantly upgrades the GKE health suite with bulk-optimized node pool analysis, sizing improvements, quota checks, and updated runbooks/SLIs.

• Azure Container Apps Health (new codebundle):
  • Adds runbook/SLI (codebundles/azure-containerapps-health/runbook.robot, sli.robot) and generation templates (.runwhen/templates/*) with alert workflow.
  • Implements health scripts: resource, replica, metrics, logs, config, revisions, environment (containerapp_*.sh).
  • Provides bundle metadata and documentation (meta.yaml, README.md).
• GKE Cluster Health (enhancements):
  • Adds bulk-optimized node pool analyzer (node_pool_health.sh) and integrates into runbook/SLI to affect health score.
  • Improves node sizing (gke_node_size.py) with readiness/taints checks, node/pool cross-validation, and safer autoscaling parsing.
  • Refines cluster health, recommendations, and quota scripts for temp dirs and robustness (cluster_health.sh, gcp_recommendations.sh, quota_check.sh).
  • Updates README with detailed node pool/instance analysis and new tasks; adds workflow template and test env README.
