Does this resolve the issue with newer ID cards not being detected in qdigidoc4? In my case the card and the reader are working correctly, webeid works, qdigidoc4 diagnostics screen shows the reader and my ID code is detected. Still, though, qdigidoc4 says “no card in card reader”.

I do not think. When was the card issued? After 01.11.2025?

Yeah, way after, in December.

Use RIA provided OpenSC package https://installer.id.ee/media/ubuntu/pool/main/o/opensc/. Upstream stable release does not support these cards. OpenSC/OpenSC#3526
