Add support for leading zeros in number function

Add optional arguments to number function to allow leading ceros.

I was also experimenting with this idea, and how to better support decimal places / floating point on displays that support it.
Most of my displays use clock-style LEDs (88:88), with no decimal places. Only my Robotdyn module uses decimal-style LEDs (8.8.8.8.) with decimal places after each digit but no colon : in the middle.
