Summary

• Upgraded org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin to 1.9.x
• Updated kotlinCompilerExtensionVersion to match the new Kotlin version
• Bumped compileSdk from 33 to 34
• Updated roomVersion to ensure compatibility with Kotlin 1.9
• Adjusted Gradle and build configurations as needed for compatibility
