  • The patch for the urllib3 security issue is included in version 2.6.0, however starting from version 2.3.0, the library dropped support for Python 3.8
  • Update python version to 3.13.0 due to the lack of support for newer library versions that fix security issues.
  • Bump other libraries, such as h11 and h2 to eliminate security issues.
  • Add permissions to the workflows.
