It make changes on Dockerfiles, updating from PHP8.3 to 8.4
Also creates a local dev
dev.Dockerfileto run hyperf as local container rootless(by using docker compose) with user (1000:1000 as application:application), this avoid creation and executions inside container as root, causing host permission problems.To the skeleton installer updating, it is required a creation of a github version Tag and a release version.
Finally a trigger on Packagist for updating tags.
