At least once a week I find myself manually merging conflicting package.json entries after Dependabot runs. This happens almost exclusively on React-related samples. An examination of the package.json files for the React UI Kit series revealed some inconsistencies that could potentially cause issues. This PR updates dependencies for the React UI Kit samples for consistency. All React UI Kit samples now use the same un-ranged version (19.2.3).
