- Added `uv.lock` file to manage dependencies. - Updated `pyproject.toml` to specify Python version compatibility and changed license format. - Replaced Poetry commands with `uv` commands in the README for installation and usage. - Introduced environment variable settings in `__init__.py` for Google Cloud project configuration. - Added `agent-starter-pack` as a new dependency in the project.

Integrated Agent Starter Pack into the order-processing agent.
Added a pytest integration test (deployment/test_deployment.py) to validate remote Agent Engine behavior.
Refactored the Application Integration tool to be lazy-loaded so it doesn’t call external APIs at import time (prevents crashes during deploy/test).
Added Python version constraints to ensure compatibility with Vertex AI Agent Engine (pinned to <3.14 since 3.14 is not supported).
Verified the local environment using uv and ensured dependencies sync correctly.
Current status:
Code and tests are complete and committed.
Deployment to Vertex AI Agent Engine is blocked by IAM permissions (only blocker, tried using my own but still had the same issue)
