It's been a while since #178, but time has come! I've now started the process to translate the Frictionless Data Field Guide into French.

I open the draft PR now in order to ease the review process and give time to implement the language swich in the UI.

Commits will be pushed regularly. Let me know if there's anything more I can do.

Not gonna lie, I haven't produced much. :) A few pages at most. I was hoping to get an intern to help me on this but the opportunity never came up...

Have you considered i18n for the v2 of FD.io?

Alright then! We might want to get a Transifex project started to make this a more crowdsourced effort. I could spend a bit of time here and there on the French part, but if you want to launch the site with other languages we're talking about something a little more than that... 😉

@johanricher let's prioritize the schemas stuff and then come back to this. Could you open an issue in projects so we don't forget about this work and link this PR.
