This PR enables us to write intermediate DEM files of the lava thickness via a new config file keyword: write_thickness_every_n_lobes. If the keyword is omitted, no intermediate DEMs are written.

Using, this the progress of the simulation can be plotted.

Warning: Setting this to a low value (or even 1) has a severe performance impact, which can be somewhat mitigated by using the crop_to_content and use_netcdf options in the output settings.

It's not spelled OutputQuantitiy .. duh
this option writes the thickness, not the dem!, to a file every n_lobes.
We did not use the old overload anymore, so there is no reason to keep
it. Plus, it makes writing the python bindings a tiny bit more awkward.
