This PR takes the idea initially started in the mentioned above PR and enhances it a bit to make a bit more accessible and streamlined Video/Watch tiles.
Changes includes not only a hover effect, but also made sure that videos maintain correct aspect ration no matter of the viewport size, and add a mechanism which prevents users from playing both videos simultaneously.
In the process, I have also altered slightly the light theme home border shade to make it bit more contrasty/visible when used with both of defined background colors.
