This replaces old l4test with modern test framework: - Add tests covering L4 syscalls (IPC, memory, threads) - Add ARM-specific tests (MPU, alignment, exceptions) - Add scheduler tests including PTS (Preemption-Threshold Scheduling) - Implement machine-parseable output ([TEST:RUN], [TEST:PASS], [TEST:FAIL], [TEST:SKIP]) - Add QEMU automated testing (make run-tests) - Add fault injection tests (MPU violations, stack canary) Build system: - Add CONFIG_QEMU for platform detection - Add compile-hw-tests target for hardware code validation - Update Kconfig with board selection and test options
