Migrate the following tests to JUnit 5:
- ViewerTest
- ProgressMonitorDialogPerformanceTest
- ListPopulationTest
- FileImageDescriptorTest
- SWTTreeTest
- CollatorPerformanceTest

Changes include:
- Removing inheritance from PerformanceTestCaseJunit4
- Using CloseTestWindowsExtension
- Using PerformanceMeter directly
- Using TestInfo for scenario ID
- Updating imports
- Adding necessary packages to MANIFEST.MF
