* Add missing parens inside `if` statement calling `strcmp()`
* Add missing `0` parameter to `print_bool()`
Before this change:
$CC pprintint.h # success
$CC -DPPRINTINT_TEST pprintint.h # failure
After this change:
$CC pprintint.h # success
$CC -DPPRINTINT_TEST pprintint.h # success
