@kotlarmilos should this be R2R instead ? Seems like there is less room for confusing with a interpreter only configuration.

Yes, it will be updated to R2R, but until dotnet/macios#24327 is merged, we can only use the interpreter from nightly builds. This PR is currently blocked by the .NET 11 rebranding, due to an SDK issue where nuget packages cannot be found.
