This PR extends the Contact, ContactGroup, and ContactGroupMembership APIs to support multiple email/contact providers (e.g., Resend, Loops) simultaneously. It moves away from a single provider model to a provider-agnostic interface that tracks status independently for each backend.
Mailing List Synchronization (Loops): Updated ContactGroupSpec to support external provider IDs. This enables integration with providers like Loops.so that require pre-created mailing list IDs for synchronization.
