I've added support for multisites without keeping history.
In fact it keeps history for all other subdirectories than the ones you have built.
All the file of the ones you have built (and only these ones) will deleted.
If you keep history then multisite is supported by design, however Angular for example changes the name of target files when building. So in this you don't want to keep the old files.
