Improve CLAUDE.md to make it crystal clear that all work must be done in feature branches via pull requests: - Move Development Workflow section to top of document - Upgrade importance from IMPORTANT to CRITICAL - Add explicit branching strategy with git commands - Add "Never" list for prohibited actions - Remove duplicate workflow section
