Thanks for the PR and detailed research in the issue @MaticSulc! Since we provide config options for the width and height I wonder if we should provide them for the twitterWidth and twitterHeight as well.

Let me know what you think, and I'll share this with the maintainers of the NextJS and Nuxt libraries to see what they think!
