add cports pkg updates section on homepage

Added a "Package updates" section to the bottom of the homepage, right next to the recent news. It fetches the latest commits from cports.

I also fixed a missing </p> on the homepage.

If the styling or layout needs adjustment, just let me know, happy to make changes.

but i'd like a clean fallback when there is no javascript support (the site as is does not require javascript)

Ah, completely forgot about that, sorry!

I've added a static fallback for when JS is disabled or when the fetch fails, it will show a 'View recent updates on GitHub...' link so that the layout never breaks.
Also made the "View all" button only appear when the fetch succeeds to avoid redundant links.
