Add conformance tests

In the future, we'll probably want to have a flag for the runner to only validate pass/fail conformance since JSON schema error messages are never going to line up.

For now, I just want some kind of net that makes it safer to work on this package — even if there are a lot of false positives in the current conformance test failures.
