- Remove six dependency during installation
- Include a line in the config file to make sure a wheel gets added on pypi
deletes a ton of code whose functionality has moved to jsonobject
…ntainer to fail fast raises BadValueError
include reason in ResourceNotFound
make save_doc keep the same return values
allow getting attachments with doc.get(doc_id, attachments=True)
remove prefix 'W/"' from _rev
…te previously deleted doc
keep same behavior as restkit implementation
