the fallback images were being saved with 'MULTI' in the name instead of the appropriate size
I was going to try raising a custom exception with the screen size in it and then handling that in the higher layer, but I think that this is cleaner for now. I also expect that we will stop supporting phantomjs as it is no longer maintained and did not want to go mess with the related code.
