feat(ui): Enhance service metrics display and optimize table UI styles

This PR enhances the Dubbo Admin console UI with the following improvements:

1. Service Metrics Enhancement: Added real-time metrics display (avgQPS, avgRT, requestTotal) to the services table for better observability
2. Enhanced Navigation: Updated service distribution view to support filtering by provider application name
3. UI Refinement: Optimized table styles and button layouts across multiple traffic management pages (Dynamic Config, Routing Rule, Tag Rule, Virtual Service, Destination Rule)
4. Code Quality: Formatted code following best practices, improved button alignment and spacing, removed unused imports
5. Build Optimization: Updated production build assets with optimized bundling
