Changes:

  • added module for sparql enabling querying by endpoint url
    • Python code
    • README
  • extracted saving to file from mysql and sparQL to helpers file (probably we could do it later for other data sources too)
  • Added sparkQL to README.md
  • updated requirements.txt
  • updated config.sample.ini
  • Bumped sroka version to 0.0.9
  • Added sparkQL example to Test API notebook

I checked in the notebook based on wikidata connection and it worked.
