Added image pre-fetching

Added possibility for pre-fetching of images so that they are already loaded in the cache before use as requested in #56 (and partly in #47).

After merging please als release a new version to NPM.

@mrzanirato you can add my fork by running:

$ tns plugin add https://github.com/abhayastudios/nativescript-web-image-cache

Alternatively, you can just add this line to your package.json dependencies instead of the regular plugin:

"nativescript-web-image-cache": "abhayastudios/nativescript-web-image-cache"

and then run $ npm install
