This PR adds a new directive called
HIstoryDirective, which will be responsible for composing the appropriate URL referencing to thehistorybranch (e.g. https://github.com/Urigo/Ionic2CLI-Meteor-WhatsApp/tree/master-history). This PR goes along with Urigo/angular-meteor-docs#306
