At ESRF we need data acquisition process to create files with read and write permissions for all groups of the user.

Hopefully this change fulfills your request to avoid loading libc.

it's been 3 weeks. After you answered my first request very quickly, I wonder, if I am missing something to have this pull request answered.
We would love to use the conda package in our installations.
