The issue was caused by the load order only being set once per test run. At the same time, setting the load order only works for the duration of a test suite.
I changed the detection of whether the libs should be parsed and the load order should be set. This now uses the path to the test suite (via the robot built-in var
${SUITE_SOURCE}to figure out if the load order should be reapplied.In my own codebase, this works. However, I could not get the test set to run so I can't be sure.
