Update the jedis dependency from version 6.0.0 to 6.1.0 to incorporate performance improvements, bug fixes, and potential security patches provided in the newer release. Ensure that any breaking changes or updated APIs in 6.1.0 are reviewed and tested to maintain compatibility with the existing Redis integration
