This is a big update and not totally complete ATM!
This rebuilds the controller system, my splitting the controller logic into multiple files.
the biggest change is splitting the controllers up based on the space they operate in:
This will build a foundation for us to build specific controllers that will perform specific tasks.
NEEDS TESTING!
To Test:
replace the controller in ArmRuntime with the controller you want to test, and then make sure it performs the way you expect.
