Adding a path with a certain URL depth could cause subsequent paths at the same depth to silently fail due to a logic error in `th_router_add_route`. This patch ensures that paths with the same URL depth are handled correctly. Co-authored-by: Scott Penrose <scottp@dd.com.au>
