The new share-link endpoint from record can get the share link based on the record id. ISSUE: PER-10397

The new share-link endpoint from folder can get the share link based on the folder id. ISSUE: PER-10397
In order to get the share-link for an item, a call to either record or folder will be made using the id. ISSUE: PER-10397
