This PR fixes a styling bug introduced by the latest Bootstrap update, particularly related to the account dropdown.

To test you should click the account dropdown in the upper right, and you should see your account name stay orange even on hover / when active.

Resolves https://permanent.atlassian.net/browse/PER-10445

In the recent upgrade to Bootstrap this particular dropdown did not get
properly migrated to reflect the updated variable names for the orange
color.  This fixes that up so it looks the way it did before.

Thank you! It looks like the only (other?) place the btn-wordpress-alternate is in the archive switcher. I checked the one in the account menu and it was fine, but it's possible that it exists in other flows that I didn't test.

@cecilia-donnelly I didn't see anything glaring there, but of course if something snuck in can make sure to resolve it quickly.
