Allow changing password for locked pre2k accounts

Description

In PR #1052 it was reported that pre2k accounts can not change the password due to the STATUS_NOLOGON_WORKSTATION_TRUST_ACCOUNT error. This is fixed now.

Type of change

Insert an "x" inside the brackets for relevant items (do not delete options)

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

• This requires a third party update (such as Impacket, Dploot, lsassy, etc)

Setup guide for the review

Create a pre2k account and try to change the pw over smb with the change-password module
