A new connection string parameter is being added to ServiceControl to support the use of the hierarchical entities feature released in NServiceBus.Transport.AzureServiceBus 6.1.0.
This PR adds documentation for the new connection string parameter and updates instructions for versions of ServiceControl below 6.12.0.
