The hierarchical entities feature released in NServiceBus.Transport.AzureServiceBus 6.1.0 has implications for ServiceControl.
This PR adds documentation for configuring ServiceControl and addresses different use cases for using ServiceControl with endpoints configured with a hierarchy namespace.
