As per the request of @Saijin-Naib, I've gone through and documented the steps that a user would need to take to run WebODM on top of Docker. This pull request addresses common deployment situations, including notes on version compatibilities and operating system related concerns a user may want to consider.
A sister pull request is coming soon to the WebODM repo to assist in debugging associated common pitfalls.
