I think we should add references for your tips, e.g. to cite paragraphs in The Jolly Writer or forum treads. I will do it for 1.1 later.

That's good advice, but I'm not familiar with those references. From my perspective, this information comes from you and another one. However, is there a suspicion of privacy leakage if your names are marked in this document?

For now, we don't need to be concerned about these issues as I can find accurate references for most of the tips you provided. I will add them later when I am available.
